"Kandura" is the biopic of the clown, actress and Brazilian theater director Selma Bustamante, who died in 2019, victim of a cancer. With more than 40 years of career, the artist acted in São Paulo, Teresina and Manaus, where she encouraged the practice of circus and street theater.


Wallace Abreu
Wallace Abreu is a Brazilian actor, artistic director and cultural producer. He has a master's degree in Society and Culture in the Amazon, with a technical background in Performing Arts, a degree in Social Communication - Journalism, and is currently taking a specialization course in Cinema and Audiovisual Language. Kandura is his first documentary feature film.
